as Vice President, Southeast Division

Sipple Resumes Role as Vice President, Military, Duty Free and Off-Shore

(New Rochelle, NY) - March 25, 2009 - Sidney Frank Importing Co., Inc. (SFIC), the importer of Jägermeister Herbal Liqueur, is pleased to announce its appointment of Michael Fuchs as Vice President, Southeast Division, effective today.

Fuchs brings with him more than twenty years experience in the wine and spirits industry and comes to SFIC from Constellation Brands where he served as Spirits Division Vice President overseeing the states of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and Tennessee.

Fuchs has a strong background of growing industry leading brands such as EFFEN Vodka, Robert Mondavi, Vendange, Black Velvet, 1792 Ridgemont Reserve, and Monkey Bay. He began his industry career at Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Minnesota and received his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Charlie Sipple, a 15+ year SFIC veteran, will return to his role as Vice President, Military, Duty-Free, Off-Shore after filling the role of Vice President, Southeast Division on an interim basis.
